VEGAN PROTEIN VANILLA MOUSSE

A dessert that delights!

This dessert is perfect for anyone looking for a healthy, protein-rich treat! With a combination of creamy vanilla pudding, plant-based cream, and an extra portion of protein, this dessert quickly becomes a highlight—whether as a snack, dessert, or a little treat in between meals.

Ingredients (for 2-4 servings):

  • 500 ml plant-based drink
  • 15-30g VANILLA GLOW PROTEIN
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 120 ml plant-based cream
  • 1/2 packet of cream stiffener
  • Handful of nuts, fruits or other toppings of your choice

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the vanilla pudding : Cook the pudding with the plant-based drink according to the package instructions and let it cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  2. Whip the cream : Combine the plant-based cream with the cream stiffener and VANILLA GLOW PROTEIN . Whip the mixture until stiff peaks form.
  3. To refine the pudding : Blend the cooled pudding with a hand blender or mixer until smooth and creamy. Then carefully fold in the cream until well blended.
  4. Garnish and enjoy : Divide the mixture into dessert bowls and top with your favorite ingredients such as fruits, nuts, cocoa nibs or a pinch of vanilla powder.
