
Protein-rich overnight oats
Start your day with a serving of energy and flavor! These overnight oats combine creamy oats, fruity berries, and an extra portion of protein – ideal for a healthy and delicious breakfast that will keep you full for longer.
Ingredients (for 1 serving):
- 100 g oat flakes
- 150 ml hot water
- 15 g VANILLA GLOW PROTEIN
- 100 ml plant drink
- 150 g unsweetened soy yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp date syrup (optional)
- 2 tbsp sprouted buckwheat
- 150 g frozen berries
- Topping of your choice (e.g. nut butter, fresh fruit)
Preparation:
- Prepare the oatmeal : Pour hot water over the oatmeal, let it swell briefly, and then let it cool. Stir in the Vanilla Glow Protein until well blended.
- Mix : Add plant-based drink, chia seeds, soy yogurt and optionally date syrup and stir until smooth.
- Layer : Layer the oat mixture alternately with the berries and buckwheat in a glass or bowl.
- Chill overnight : Cover the overnight oats and place them in the refrigerator.
- Enjoy : Top with whatever you like in the morning, such as nut butter, fresh fruit, or cocoa nibs—and your nutritious breakfast is ready!
