HAPPY MOOD CAPSULES are suitable for daily use and should be taken daily for at least one month. There is no time limit on the duration of use.

People taking serotonin-reducing drugs such as SSRIs, MAOIs, or triptans for migraines should not take Happy Mood Capsules or should only do so after consulting a doctor, as they may interact with tryptophan (contained in Happy Mood Capsules). Griffonia extract is derived from the seeds of Griffonia simplicifolia, a plant native to West Africa. The extract is rich in 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan), a precursor to serotonin. L-tryptophan

L-tryptophan is a proteinogenic amino acid that cannot be produced by the human body itself and is therefore essential (vital). The human organism depends on the intake of tryptophan through food. Tryptophan is found primarily in dairy products, peas, soy products, eggs, and nuts. The effect of L-tryptophan is based on its important function: it is converted into serotonin in the body. Without this important amino acid, the body cannot produce serotonin, and moodiness and fatigue can occur.
