
Vegan Protein Bliss Balls
Looking for a quick, healthy snack? These vanilla protein bliss balls are not only delicious but also super easy to prepare. Perfect for between meals or after a workout!
Ingredients (for 1 serving):
- 100 g dates
- 50 g chia seeds
- 30 g ground almonds
- 1-2 teaspoons cocoa
- 15 g VANILLA GLOW PROTEIN
Preparation:
- Soaking : Soak the dates in warm water for about 10 minutes.
- Blend : Place the soaked dates, chia seeds, ground almonds, cocoa, and Vanilla Glow Protein in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Shape : Take a tablespoon of the mixture, form small balls and then roll them in cocoa until they are completely covered.
- Chilling : Place the bliss balls in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to allow them to firm up.
