Whether as a sweet accompaniment to breakfast or as a spicy addition to savory dishes, this Ayurvedic-inspired fig chutney can be prepared sweet or savory .
Why figs in Ayurveda?
Fresh figs work:
-
Vata-calming due to its natural sweetness and soft consistency
-
Pitta-balancing if they are not combined too sharply
-
They support healthy digestion (agni) and provide valuable fiber, potassium, and iron. Therefore, they are an ideal match for our DARMFLORA RESET DUO .
