Take two capsules daily with some water. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. BEAUTIFUL AGE CAPSULES are suitable for daily use; there is, in principle, no time limit on their duration of use.

2 PHASE SMOOTH SKIN SET
Take one capsule of BEAUTY PRIMER and one SKIN BOOST capsule daily, whole, with a glass of water, with a meal, ideally with breakfast. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Sufficient for 30 applications. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of small children. Not suitable for pregnant women. Can be taken as a course of treatment or long-term.
