Take 3 capsules of FEM COMPLETE and 2 capsules of BEAUTIFUL AGE every morning with plenty of water.

Do FEM COMPLETE CAPSULES ensure adequate iodine, folic acid, and iron intake?

Regarding iodine content, we rely on the recommendations of our experts; the DGE also recommends a daily intake of 230–260 μg of iodine for pregnant and breastfeeding women in Germany to prevent latent hypothyroidism in the mother, fetus, or newborn. Our FEM COMPLETE CAPSULES contain 200 μg, which is still within the average range.
When it comes to the amount of folic acid, we also based our recommendations and experience on our experts in the field. From the time you're trying to conceive until the 13th week of pregnancy, we recommend taking up to 900 μg of folic acid. We decided to go a bit closer to the upper limit to prevent folic acid deficiency, especially in women trying to conceive and during the early stages of pregnancy.
Regarding iron: Health authorities and our team of experts estimate that a pregnant or breastfeeding woman needs 20 to 30 mg of iron daily. Accordingly, FEM COMPLETE CAPSULES contain 20 mg of iron per daily dose.
