Can the BELLY BEAUTY capsules also be opened?

BELLY BEAUTY does not recommend opening capsules, as the capsule shell serves to protect the contents from stomach acid or to ensure a controlled release of the active ingredients. Opening the capsules may impair the effectiveness of the probiotics they contain.

For all other YLUMI products that are taken in capsule form, the capsule contents may also be consumed opened.

How long does it take until you notice the first positive effects of the DARM RESET DUOS?
