YLUMI intake and combination: What you should know

In principle, all products can be combined with each other and taken simultaneously (in the respective recommended daily dose).

Most formulations are effective when taken daily for at least 1-3 months .

Some products such as SLEEP and ENERGY also have a situational effect , e.g. before falling asleep or when you have low energy levels after about 30-60 minutes.

As a guideline: Take 2 capsules per product daily with a glass of lukewarm water – ideally with breakfast or dinner. For the powder, take 1 scoop per daily dose.
