PAYMENT METHODS:

To pay via PayPal, you need a free PayPal account. PayPal then offers you various payment options and also insures all orders up to €500. If you choose PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal after placing your order, where you can log in or register and select your preferred payment method. In addition to paying with your PayPal balance, payments by credit card and direct debit are also possible. Once you have completed the payment via PayPal, we will ship your goods immediately.

You pay directly through your Apple account. After submitting your order, you will be redirected to Apple, where you can authorize payment of the order amount. As soon as we receive notification of your authorization, the order will be shipped—depending on the delivery time specified for the item. Depending on the payment method stored with Apple Pay, the payment will be charged immediately after authorization or after shipment with the actual invoice amount, less any discounts, gift cards, etc.

In collaboration with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the Klarna PayLater payment method. Payment is made to Klarna. Further information can be found in Klarna's Terms of Use .

A credit card is required for the subscription model. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express credit cards through our payment provider Stripe.

Your credit card information is transmitted using SSL encryption. This high security standard ensures that shopping at YLUMI with your credit card is safe.

When you order a subscription from YLUMI, your subscription will automatically renew at the frequency you select. Your credit card will be charged according to the subscription rate until you cancel your subscription. You will be notified of each charge in advance via email. You can cancel at any time.

We process all orders within 24 hours on working days (Monday-Friday) and transfer them to DHL as quickly as possible after receipt of payment. If you choose PayPal Express Checkout as your payment method, delivery will be made to the address stored in your PayPal account.

Delivery within Germany costs €4.90 and is free for orders over €50.00. The standard delivery time stated by DHL for orders within Germany is 3-4 days.

Delivery to Austria is €9.90 for orders under €100.00. Orders over €100.00 are delivered free of charge.

To ensure your products arrive quickly and safely, we ship your order to Switzerland exclusively with the Deutsche Post (DHL) Paket International Premium Service.

Delivery to Switzerland is €15.00 for orders under €100.00. Orders over €100.00 are delivered free of charge.

Customers will not be charged any customs fees for orders with a value of less than €210.00. These fees are already covered by the Premium Service. For orders exceeding this value, the customer is responsible for paying the customs fees.

Additional taxes (e.g., VAT) or fees may apply and are to be paid by the customer—not to the provider, but to the relevant tax authorities. The customer is advised to check with the tax authorities for details before placing an order.

We also ship to Packstations within Germany. Please enter the Packstation details as your delivery address (street = Packstation, house number = Packstation number, address extension = postal code).

Delivery to other EU countries is €9.90 for orders under €100.00. Orders over €100.00 are delivered free of charge.

For deliveries outside the EU (worldwide), shipping costs are €20.00. Delivery is free for orders over €200.00. Customs duties and taxes may apply and vary depending on the country.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may be payable by the customer. These fees are not payable to the supplier, but rather to the relevant customs or tax authorities. Customers are advised to check with the customs or tax authorities for details before placing an order.
