At YLUMI, we place great importance on your complete satisfaction with our products. Should you find that you are not comfortable with one of our products, you can return the product within a 21-day trial period for a full refund.

During the 21-day trial period, you give your body the opportunity to get used to the ingredients.

The following conditions are important for you:

  • The guarantee is only valid once per product per person.
  • If you have chosen a set with multiple versions of the same product, only one of these products will be refunded. However, you have the option of returning the remaining unopened packages to us and receiving a full refund.
  • The 14-day cancellation period applies to all products found under the “Merchandise & Vouchers” category.
  • In addition, our subscriptions and MHD goods are excluded from the guarantee.
  • You will receive your money back using the same payment method you used when placing your order.
  • You can only request the money-back guarantee using the contact details below. Other communication channels are not permitted.

If you would like to make use of the warranty, please contact us via support@ylumi.de or WhatsApp at +49 (0) 179 51 46 735. You will then receive all the further information and forms you need. It's best to send us your order number and the names of the products for which you would like to claim the warranty.

Please note that you can only claim your warranty within 21 days of purchase . Unfortunately, we are unable to accept or accept returns for products after this period.
To claim the money-back guarantee, you must return the products to us.
